With a capacity of 500 students, the infra-structure includes: 14 industrial kitchens, 1 pastry kitchen, 1 application restaurant, 1 application bar, 1 technical auditorium, 1 wine-tasting laboratory, 1 multi-functional room with 200 seats and 15 classrooms. There is also a main auditorium with 500 seats used for seminars, conferences, plays and concerts.
 

The Culinary Arts Programme will be taught in partnership with ESHTE.
