Launched in Geneva, Switzerland in 2011 by the Hospitality Connection SA Company, Hosco manages and assists the biggest hospitality and tourism contacts network. Hosco’s main aim is to maximise and optimise the best recruitment opportunities and international internships for students and alumni of hotel and tourism schools.

Nowadays, more than 40.000 international job opportunities and more than 280.000 hospitality contacts are available at the Hosco platform, using the contacts network of its online community to manage careers and offer the students and alumni of hotel and tourism schools the necessary talent visibility.

The adhesion to the Hosco platform will contribute to the fulfillment of the 3rd priority strategic axis of the "Tourism Strategy 2027", namely by integrating the challenge of developing initiatives that contribute to the direct promotion of employment, qualification and valorization of professionals.
The registration of adhesion to the Hosco platform provides each of the 12 schools of Turismo de Portugal with two types of resources:

- Standard Membership: limited access of students and alumni to job offers available at the Hosco platform, as well as the access to corporate databases and technical advice, and access to private job offers targeted specifically at the institute's schools;

- First Membership: a personalised web page, exclusive to the 12 schools of the institute, in which a job portal is integrated with offers for students and alumni of the schools, access to career management tools, dynamic maps with collaboration and placement of students around the world, and the provision of a registered mobile application that allows schools to share international job offers and internships.
