Overlooking the sea ...located between Cascais and Sintra, in a world reference tourist axis and in direct contact with the main national and international hotel brands and chains, the Hotel and Tourism School of Estoril is the right place to "learn and serve the Tourism ", being responsible for the training of young professionals of the tourism sector.

Founded in 1972 and part of the Estoril Hotel School Centre since 1991, the Hotel and Tourism School of Estoril has the privilege of being located in a tourist spot par excellence, where there is a unique and dynamic tourist activity naturally associated with cultural, sports and leisure activities.

The training offer is based on level IV courses of double certification, in the areas of cooking / pastry, restaurant / bar and hotel operations, along with technological specialization courses, level V, Food Management and Production, Restaurant and Beverage Management, Cultural and Heritage Tourism, Hotel and Accommodation Management and a Culinary Arts course, totally taught in English.

The production and service areas are fully equipped with functional facilities and there are other specific training and technical spaces / rooms, such as a kitchen auditorium, a bar and a large auditorium.

Over the last four decades, we have had the collaboration of some of the best teachers and trainers and professionals and it has been possible to train and certify several thousands of students, some being market leaders now.
