Executive Training

The BEST - Business Education for Smart Tourism Programme is a business training and capacity building programme that aims to promote the development of strategic and competitive management skills of tourism companies. It aims to encourage their preparation in relation to the current challenges and trends of the global market. The initiative is promoted by Turismo de Portugal, in partnership with the Portuguese Tourism Confederation and the sector's associations.

Objectives

• Provide participants with strategies and techniques that enable them to adapt and react, with the least possible disruption, to an environment that is particularly challenging for tourism companies, mitigating impacts on their business performance
• Learn techniques for collecting, managing and reporting ESG information and preparing a sustainability report.
