DEMOLA methodology promotes pedagogical innovation in teachers' continuous training and other education and training agents.
The objective is to equip teachers with modern, globally applicable teaching practices and encourage the use of new tools and methods, teaching them to empower students to participate actively in their learning process, and preparing them to solve future challenges.
Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal is participating in this programme by invitation of IPS - Instituto Politécnico de Setúbal, partner of the Demola Portugal Initiative.
