During one week in November, it is time to celebrate the sea and value this strategic resource in our school and lives. It is a time to promote projects highlighting the importance of the sea, its ecosystem, and biodiversity, learning about sustainability, preservation, protection, and marine resources.
This initiative was conceived under the technical-pedagogical project, to promote the Sea as a strategic resource, bringing together local partners and raising awareness of key issues. The week was chosen taking into consideration that 16 November is National Maritime Day.
This event is primarily designed for the school community and the activities reflect this concern.
