The innovation partnership between EHTVC and Soalheiro's The Pur Terroir has its main objective: the challenge of creating innovative restaurant, bar, kitchen, and pastry products with the aromatic herbs of the Soalheiro terroir as the centerpiece.


This project aims to encourage creativity and innovation in a real market context and also to effectively contribute to the competitiveness of companies in the sector.
