After five years working in a bakery and pastry shop, Tiago decided to pursue a dream, which easily became a passion: cookery and its management. At Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Algarve (EHTA), he met the most diverse professionals (teachers) and fellow students, which allowed him to grow as a whole in the most diverse skills.

His journey has been made up of "battles, sweat, and tears", he says. Today, he is Chef de Partie Saucier at Hábito Restaurant, Hotel 3HB Faro.
