I learned a lot at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Douro-Lamego, owing the school the foundations of almost everything that is needed in my area and the development and improvement of them.

I chose this area because it's one that I identify with. I love interacting with customers, and knowing how to advise on a wine. The pleasure of learning from customers is also rewarding, being able to meet people from other countries with different habits, traditions, and cultures. I always try to learn something from them. In return, I also tell them what it's like to live in this region and recommend places to visit and things to see in the Douro.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all the teachers who accompanied me during this stage of my life. There have been ups and downs, but because of all that, I am the person and the professional I am of which I am very proud!
