I started my career in the kitchen quite late, and I was a bit worried that I wouldn't fit in when I started school. I was really surprised to find that it was otherwise! The staff are absolutely amazing and make this a fantastic school. I was really lucky to find teachers who are not only extremely knowledgeable but also have a real passion for teaching, inside and outside the classroom. They encourage us to step out of our comfort zone, make our dreams come true, and even become great friends.

I repeat this lovely phrase: "May we be happy, may we be strong, may we feel like we belong." I feel it in the smiles that meet mine every day. I'm so proud to be a student at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa! I'll always remember this amazing experience and I hope to keep this reference throughout my career.
