The first "Once Upon a Pastry" project was held in January 2023.
It is a pastry competition open to all hospitality students in the country and aims to encourage creativity, innovation, and the reading habits of participants, being a competition thought up and designed by students for students.
This is a project of the Pastry Management and Production class of 2021/2022, led by Chef Bruno Marques, that will continue, with each new class taking responsibility for organising the event.
