He was a student in the Restaurant/Bar Technician Course from 2003 to 2006 and in the Hotel Techniques and Management Course from 2006 to 2008 at the EHTC and won several awards, such as Sommelier of the Year 2014 and Best Wine Service 2015 by Wine magazine.
Art of Restaurant Service Award 2015 by the Portuguese Gastronomy Academy.
Award of Excellence 2017 by Wine Spectator (Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort Wine List, where he was Wine Guru).
He has also worked in prestigious establishments such as Vila Vita Parc (Armação de Pêra), The Gleneagles Hotel (Scotland), Conrad Algarve (Almancil), and the Restaurants Buhle and Foz Velha (Oporto).
