My experience at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal was the best gateway I could have had. A teacher inspired my interest in cooking and I have been pursuing that career ever since.
The school was brand new, with state-of-the-art equipment, and trainers with various backgrounds, all integrated into the labour market and always up-to-date; all added value for the students, who are enriched with different points of view on cooking and ways of working.
Today, as a trainer, I try to pass on to my student's basic values of organisation, creativity, and love for the profession.
