I graduated from Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal (EHTS) in 2008.

I chose Restaurant/ Bar because of the influence of an uncle who worked in this area and currently, as well as being F&B Director at Envy in Lisbon, I am a bar trainer at Setúbal’s School.

The school has played a decisive role in my individual and professional development, particularly with the experiences I had during my internships. Internships help us discover the path we want to follow, and the three years of the course were essential for learning and defining where I am today. I'm very grateful to the school and the trainers for the knowledge I have today, as I still use the tools passed on to me. EHTS is undoubtedly the best hospitality school in the country.
