I was a student at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portimão between 2016 and 2019, on the Técnico de Cozinha e Pastelaria (Cookery and Pastry Technician) course.

During my time at school, I participated in various competitions, where I represented the school and was considered a merit student.

After finishing my degree, I decided to focus my career on pastry, as this is the area that fascinates me.

Driven by the desire to acquire more knowledge, I "packed my bags" and headed for Paris where I enrolled in the Diplome de Patisserie in professional immersion at the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu School. Later, my efforts were recognised, and I was awarded the title of best student on the course.

After completing my time at Le Cordon Blue, I did two internships in renowned French patisseries, working in one of them.
