Roberto Sousa was born in Faro in 2000 and has always been influenced by his mother in the cooking and food and beverage areas. He discovered his passion for the Barista area while studying at our school.

He graduated in Food and Beverage Management, did an internship at Delta Cafés, and never left.

Today, he works as a Barista at Delta's Barista Academy and is also the resident Barista at the Faro Barista Academy.
