Sofia was born in Vila Real de Santo António. Her studies have always been linked to Visual Arts and Communication Design, but she soon realized she had a great passion for customer service.

She experienced the retail sector, but it was in the hotel and restaurant industry that she began to feel at home. She decided to invest in her training by enrolling in a sommelier course at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Vila Real de Santo António.

Simultaneously, she was managing a restaurant and a bathing unit and identified an opportunity to diversify her tourism exploration of the region. To contribute to a more sustainable future, she decided to attend the Nature and Adventure Tourism Technician course at Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Vila Real de Santo António.
