The city of Porto will play host, tomorrow 27th May, to an international event set to inspire and energise the world of hospitality, food and beverage service. The Porto School of Hospitality and Tourism welcomes the eagerly anticipated “Cachaça Classics Tour Portugal 2025”, an initiative celebrating the cultural richness and creative potential of cachaça in contemporary mixology.
The event programme includes two key moments of interest:
2:00 PM – Expert talks, focused on the history, production and versatility of cachaça within today’s cocktail scene;
2:30 PM – Cocktail competition, where young talents and professionals will showcase their creativity and technical skills using this iconic spirit.
The organisers emphasise that this is a valuable opportunity for students, lecturers and professionals in the sector to deepen their knowledge, exchange experiences, and connect with industry specialists in a dynamic and inspiring setting.
