Objectives
- Acquire, develop and consolidate knowledge with emphasis on Service Excellence, enabling trainees to be adequately prepared for the challenges of the current market;
- Develop skills in identifying the Luxury Tourist Profile, as well as learn and consolidate behavioural skills in Leadership, Soft Skills and Talent Management;
- Train trainees in Service Procedures, through the analysis of Qualitative and Quantitative Indicators, in an objective way;
- Acquire, develop and implement practical techniques and tools (inclusive) in Digital Marketing and Social Media;
- Master skills for the creation of Sustainable Marketing Strategic Actions, as well as the acquisition, development and implementation of practical techniques and tools (inclusive) in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
