Ferro & Fogo is a project that began in 2021/2022. It is part of the "Development of Gastronomic Products" module of the Kitchen Management and Production course, supervised by Chef Luís Tarenta.
This project aims to develop Portuguese sustainable gastronomic products and involves different areas of training, allowing students to design new products.
The project is being developed with the support of local organisations, which have been partners since its inception.
