Petiscada - Horse mackerel with palm

To promote endogenous regional products associated with the Mediterranean Diet.

An appealing product in canned format, which, through the experience of taste, promotes the benefits of the Mediterranean Diet, an Intangible Heritage of Humanity, and gives a taste of the quality of our agri-food and fisheries products, both to tourists who visit us and to the younger public in the region, based on recipes prepared by the students of the EHTVRSA. 

This initiative was developed in partnership with DRAP Algarve (Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Algarve).
