Casa do Caseiro is a space with Douro origins, built in an old farmhouse, where students take traditional cookery classes and fire cooking workshops. Whenever possible, these activities revisit the roots of Portuguese cuisine using traditional ingredients that are often forgotten. In addition to the culinary arts, the table and bar service finds synergies with the presentation of endogenous products that enhance and optimise consumption innovatively.

Sensory Analysis Room
In the Sensory Analysis and Organoleptic Tasting room, you will find an environment adapted to the specificities of a good wine, olive oil, or other product tasting. This space allows students to develop skills such as analysing and interpreting the reactions produced by the characteristics of products and materials.
