"It's dried or smoked" - Innovative products for the valorisation of fish
A scientific research project promoted by MARE (Centre for Marine and Environmental Sciences - researchers from the University of Coimbra and Universidade Aberta), supported by Cascais Municipal Council (Environment Division) and in partnership with Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, aiming the development on new and innovative products for the promotion of fish, with the participation of the fishing communities of Ericeira and Cascais.
