We've been working with the Crescer Association, which welcomes around 75 people in vulnerable situations each year. It's so inspiring to see how they're giving these individuals the tools they need to find their way back into the labour market.

The group created at EHTL allows the school's staff and students and the community of Campo de Ourique to have access to sustainably produced food, which consumers are familiar with and which is located within a maximum radius of 50km in the case of fresh food and 500km in the case of dried food.
