In the 2022/23 school year, Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portimão inaugurated its Live Science Club at School: SEA LAB - Cooking the Sea.
SEA LAB aims to put scientific knowledge at the service of gastronomic innovation - developing new recipes, promoting the Economy of the Sea, Sustainability, activation of the Circular Economy in the region, based on local resources and ingredients, and together with the partners involved in delivering the result as added value to the entire student community and the general population.
