The role of this Virtual Concierge is to answer all the customer's queries. It assesses the emotional state by interpreting facial expressions and voice patterns, responding accordingly to the guest, and suggesting local tourist attractions.
The Virtual Concierge is a completed project, part of Future Lab Hotel, an Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal project with NEST - Tourism Innovation Center Portugal.
