He is currently the Head Chef at Mesa de Lemos Restaurant, Passos de Silgueiros, Viseu. He holds a degree in Food Production and Catering from the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism of Estoril. Master’s degree holder in Tourism Management and Sustainability from the Higher School of Tourism and Hospitality of Seia – Guarda Polytechnic. He has been recognized by various awards, such as Chef of the Year 2019 by Vinhos/Essência do Vinho magazine or Personality of the Year 2019 - ANIM'ARTE Awards (Viseu Region).
He won the Michelin Star in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 - Mesa de Lemos and the Green Michelin Star in 2023 (best sustainable gastronomic practices) - Mesa de Lemos.
