Founded on 12 December 2008, the school is part of the Turismo de Portugal network of schools. It is located on the site of the former Robinson Factory and classes are held in a modern and spacious building, set in the signature space of architect Eduardo de Souto Moura.

Located in Alentejo, with a consolidated tourist dynamic and a strong hotel sector, the school focuses its activities on training in the areas of cooking and pastry and food and beverages. It has a diverse teaching staff made up of excellent professionals who prepare students for the demands of the labour market.
