I've had a passion for cooking since I was very young and my quest for knowledge led me to Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Lisboa! This is where my culinary education began, and I'm so happy I did! It's a wonderful school with an amazing atmosphere that prepares us for all kinds of situations in the workplace.
I was lucky enough to start my career with an internship at the wonderful Vila Joya, where I learned so much from the best in the business. After that, I had the great fortune to gain experience in a number of different professional roles in the Algarve, Lisbon, and Luanda. Along the way, I even set up my own business! I'm thrilled to say that I'm currently the Executive Chef at Go A Lisboa!
I just love team management! The chefs and teachers who accompanied me were such an important part of my life after school. I'm so grateful for all they taught me, and I'm lucky to be able to pass on their lessons to the people I lead today. One of the best things about EHTL is that they encourage technical development, which was a huge help in turning my passion for cooking into a reality.
