My passion for cooking grew with the guidance of internationally renowned chefs such as Chef Yannick Alléno (France) and Chefs Sergio Herman & Syrco Bakker (Netherlands), all of whom have Michelin-starred restaurants.
I decided to listen to my passion and inner voice and take up gastronomy for good. I immediately realised that the way forward was to invest in training and the selection of Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Setúbal was obvious because of the stamp of quality and excellence that Turismo de Portugal imprints on training. My expectations were not deceived, from the experience in the school's various events to the sharing of knowledge by competent trainers and the school's environment and facilities, which were the icing on the cake.
