Roberth Greco was born in 1994 in the south of Brazil, in the city of Uruguaiana. As a child, he was already passionate about the smells of coffee shops and dreamed of owning one when he grew up.

He decided to study Pastry Management and Production at EHTA between 2019 and 2021.

He returned to Brazil, after finishing his studies and opened a café-bistro in Porto Alegre. Today, his bistro is a huge success thanks to his original productions, which combine Portuguese gastronomy, especially convent sweets, with flavours from his homeland.
