Executive Training

The UPGRADE 3.0 Programme aims to help employees of micro and small companies acquire new knowledge, and develop new skills that will enable them to structure their businesses with new value propositions that are more sustainable and capable of responding to the future demands of the sector. With this 3rd edition, we also intend to reinforce and make autonomous the Mentoring Programme that will be implemented in companies, which objective is to technically support companies through the preparation of situational diagnosis and the identification of critical points for improvement.

Objectives

The Programme is structured in two Training Paths - Digital & Sustainability and a Mentoring Programme, aiming to fulfill the following objectives:

• Promote the digital transformation of the tourism sector by promoting an improvement in the digital skills of the sector's professionals, namely essential digital literacy skills and more advanced digital marketing skills, which enhance an effective digital transformation, generating value for business and for people;
• Raise awareness among companies and professionals of the importance of implementing sustainability measures in their three dimensions: economic, environmental, and social, contributing to the creation of a culture of value and sustainable innovation through the integration of good sustainability practices in a 360º approach.
• Support companies in the tourism sector to implement improvement processes, which allow them to assert themselves in a more sustainable and more digital market.
