The School of Hospitality and Tourism of Porto (EHTP) was honoured with the ‘Torre dos Clérigos Gold’ award in the Training category by the Irmandade dos Clérigos do Porto at a ceremony held on 12 December. The award recognises the institution's contribution to the development of the tourism sector over more than 55 years, especially in the Porto metropolitan area.
Paulo Morais Vaz, director of the EHTP, received the award, expressing his gratitude for the recognition given by the organisation that oversees one of the most emblematic symbols of the city of Porto. He also emphasised the affinity of values between the two institutions, stressing the importance of building the future based on tradition and innovation, principles that guide EHTP's mission.
