The Porto Hotel and Tourism School (EHTP) is a partner in the European TourXpeRience project, an initiative funded by the Erasmus+ programme which aims to modernise education and vocational training in the tourism sector through the integration of extended reality (XR) technologies, such as augmented, virtual and mixed reality.
This participation reinforces the EHTP’s position as a leading institution in training professionals for the sector, focusing on innovative teaching methodologies aligned with the latest technological trends and market needs. The project contributes to updating curricula, promoting the development of digital, technical and cross-cutting skills essential for a more sustainable and competitive tourism sector.
