I went to the Portalegre Hotel and Tourism School because I wanted to complete my education.

At first, I didn't know if I wanted to be a cook. I went to school with the desire to learn and I ended up really enjoying it. 

It was three years of sharing, I met new people, I learnt a lot and I feel that this period marked me as a person and as a professional.

I recommend the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portalegre because it has good trainers and excellent human beings who are committed to the development of the students,as people and as professionals.

The knowledge I acquired was decisive when I started working, essentially because the rigour imposed on me made me always strive for quality in what I do.
