It was in the summer of 2012, through friends, that I learnt about the existence of the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Portalegre.

After a first contact, I realised the incredible opportunities I could have with the training I could receive there.

I therefore decided to take a chance and take the Restaurant and Beverage Management course. New to this area, I went through a tremendous process of acquiring knowledge in which I absorbed a lot of information and was able to get to know and learn more about various professions in this sector.

It was during this period that I found my professional path. I had unique experiences and made extraordinary achievements. I'll always treasure those memories, those learnings and the friendships that helped me grow, both personally and professionally.

It was at this school that I took my first steps into the profession of Barista.
