My history with the Hospitality and Tourism sector begins with the Restaurant and Bar Technician Course. I then decided to head for Viana do Castelo, where I enrolled in the Food and Beverage Management course at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo de Viana do Castelo. 

A curricular internship took me to the Algarve and after completing the degree, I decided to return south to work at the Vidamar Hotel. After a year, opportunities arose at Vila Vita Parc, where I stayed until 2018.


In 2019 I flew to London, where I worked at Eneko Basque Kitchen, and in 2020, following the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided to return to Portugal and took on several projects in my homeland.


2022 was the year I stood out the most as a bartender. The combination of all the knowledge I've acquired over so many years culminated in the final of the Monin Cup 2022, where I became champion in Portugal and had the honour of representing my country in France.
