A native of Vila Real de Santo António, Sofia Rodrigues has a background in Visual Arts and Communication Design, with a professional path strongly connected to customer service.

After gaining experience in retail, she found her main area of activity in hospitality and catering, where she managed restaurant units and pursued further training in Sommelier Studies at the School of Hospitality and Tourism of Vila Real de Santo António.

With a perspective focused on well-being, sustainability and the appreciation of local territory, she also completed training as a Nature and Adventure Tourism Technician at the same institution. She is a Yoga teacher and has complementary training in digital marketing, which she integrates into her professional approach.

Currently, she works as a trainer, combining hospitality, nature, well-being and creativity, guided by proximity, authenticity and a genuine passion for what she does.
