Our school is located in a romantic sunny house, at the top of a small hill overlooking the Mondego River, offering privileged views of both banks of the city of Coimbra, making it a very pleasant space for those who work here and for those who visit us. We combine the traditional with the modern, aiming to provide students, trainees, teaching and non-teaching staff with the best training and working conditions. Since November 29, 1989, the year of our foundation, we have been able to build and develop a successful educational project where training in Tourism, Hotel Management, and Restaurant is recognized as excellent by the business market we serve, by a wide range of partner organizations, and primarily by our students. Tradition, innovation, sustainability, and humanism are the core values that characterize us and that we strive to put into action every day.
